For your pleasure or profit, I offer a neat print of an architectural montage of famous Chicago landmarks, (c) 1982 by George Becker. Signed in pencil by the artist. The print is 12x14" with double matting in a wide wood frame. Frame size is 19x23". The print is pristine, and the frame is excellent. Terms of This Sale Provided are all my sale terms, plus additional information about my business practices that I hope will contribute to a successful transaction. Please rest assured that I never want to exercise this right but will do so to prevent financial loss. Form of payment: Paypal is currently the only available form of payment. Please contact me if you're interested in paying directly with a credit card. Shipping : Buyer pays for shipping. The shipping charge and service are given below. You may need to enter your location (country and/or zip code) to obtain an estimate. Shipping includes door-to-door tracking and insurance for the purchase price. T is no handling fee for most items shipped within the US. A modest fee is assessed to international shipments becuase of their higher cost and risk. For large or especially fragile items, a handling fee is sometimes assessed to cover time and materials. (Or I may establish a higher minimum price to cover these expenses.) I will gladly provide tracking numbers for items over $100, if requested. I'll track down delayed deliveries for any item, if the item hasn’t been received 7-10 days after I shipped it (UPS ground delivery takes up to 6 business days - please wait a little longer for international mail). In the event of damage or loss, please cooperate and assist with the claim investigation by the carrier. I will reimburse the buyer after I am reimbursed by the carrier. This will be shipped by UPS or USPS, depending on the item size, your shipping address, whether this is described as fixed or calculated shipping, etc. Large items are UPS only and may take longer to ship. I have an exceptionally low loss rate, because I take the time necessary to provide the padding necessary to ensure safe handling. International buyers, please use the estimator before placing a bid - international shipping is expensive, and you should be prepared to pay for the shipping service that meets Paypal seller protection requirements and provides for full insurance coverage.
