George II Silver Basting Spoon, has clear hallmarks in the bowl for London, 1739 and another consisting of J and R flanking a leaf, which has been attributed to the silversmith John Roker, the handle is turned and tapers outward to terminate in a finial. 17 troy ozs 3.25" bowl; 14.75" LOA the joint between bowl and handle appears to have been repaired.
