Offering this beautiful 1910 print by English artist George Morland depicting a lovely young lady working on her needlework by a sunny window. She is all dressed up as if waiting for the arrival of her guest and is passing the time sewing. Nicely detailed, dark rich colors. Set in an ornate antique oval wood frame with black finish and hand painted raised floral and leaf design. Intricate beading around inside rim. Pale lavendar matting; protective glass covering, and wire hanger on back. Overall measures 14 inches x 12 inches, print as seen is 5 1/4 inches x 3 1/4 inches. Good+ condition on print, no stains or tears; good+ condition on frame, two minor age cracks along center sides, no damage to floral details. A beautiful piece of art set in a very handsome frame, perfect for the victorian, edwardian, or shabby chic decor!
