IN 30 YEARS OF COLLECTING THE RAREST GEORGE NELSON TABLE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Up for auction from a Las Vegas Nevada bank auction is a fine 100% guaranteed, signed George Nelson for Herman Miller conference table with 6 blind pencil drawers. I believe this table to be pre 1952 as I have most catalogues from 52 on and this desk is not in any of them. The under frame is solid walnut with aluminum supports for the legs. The top and sides are a walnut veneer. Underneath t is a silver foil label "George Nelson Design/Herman Miller" Made in Zeeland Michigan, height 29, length 94.5, width 43.5. Overall condition is very good, table is very stable. Top and sides have been re-veneered. Aluminum supports appear to have once been in another position but do not affect the table strength. All in all probably the rarest of rare George Nelson tables you will ever see. Buyer will be contacted with a total at the end of the auction and payment is due within 7 days. Personal, cashiers checks and Paypal accepted. Shipping is a service I can provide but for this large and very heavy item I would prefer the buyer make their own arrangements.
