LOT 1209Seller's Estimate: USD 400 - 500Washington RelatedRare George Washington and Abraham Lincoln Portrait Commemorative Straight Razor with its Original Slipcasec. 1876 US Centennial Era, George Washington & Abraham Lincoln Straight Razor, with Original Case. Choice Very Fine.Quite impressive having a 3" blade, a total length of 9.25" when open and 6" when closed. Carved bone handle with warm age toning. Blade is engraved with a Washington bust above a Lincoln bust. Area below blade is stamped "HUNTER RAZOR" Normal wear to both handle and blade. Accompanied by its black two-piece slipcase, embossed with "M. Jung New-York" on the lower part and "No. 20" on the upper. Beautiful example of a razor commemorating the two of the great U.S. Presidents and the first of this rare type we have offered.Payment:The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item.
