Circa 1820 two Georgian handblown slice cut wine glasses.(virtually identical with one glass very slightly small er than other). Using measurements of smaller glass, they stand 11.5cm high. With conical shaped bowls,the diameter at the rim is 6cm.Both glasses have ten slice cuts to the outside of the bowls. The stems have a triple ring collar at the top with a central bladed knop. The foot measures 6.5cm in diameter and both glasses have polished pontil marks.
