The N AVAJO B UFFALO H UNT (1917 - 1952) Vintage Gerald Nailor Serigraph / Silk Screen approx. 9.75" x 11.75", framed & matted 16" x 17" ~ Vintage Quality ~ His name in Navajo was Toh Yah which translates as - Walking by the River. Nailor's works are displayed in museums and are sought by collectors worldwide. Nailor was severely injured, and later died in a Taos Hospital on August 13, 1952. His tragic death ended a highly successful artistic career before its time. The Serigraph was framed long ago in Albuquerque, and has the slightest fading of a prior matting, although that does not detract being barely discernible.
