Hi I'm James Parker and I am offering some knives for auction out of a recent store stock acquistion of mint in the box discontinued Gerber knives. This knife for auction is a mint in the original issue box Gerber Folding Sportsman I Pearl Harbor 50th Year Commemorative issued in 1991, with excellent Scrimshaw work of the United States Battleship, the U.S.S. Arizona on the front side, and with "Remember those who served" on the rear side. This Gerber Pearl Harbor Commemorative knife is 3 3/8" closed. This Gerber Pearl Harbor Commemorative was issued in 1991 and is mint in the original issue Walnut Preesentation box lasered with "Pearl Harbor 50th Anniversary 1941 1991" on the top lid. The box is in good crisp shape as this was from from store stock inventory and hasn't been shuffled around all over the country. The original cardboard protective sleeve with the round sticker reading 777 is also included. This number matches the number on the Certificate Of Authenticity. Also included in the Presentation Box is the 50th Anniversary Pearl Harbor Medallion, serial numbered with #893 as well. (We used the #714 in the photos shown, as we got some good shots of it. We bought more than 1 of these Gerber Pearl Harbor knives and they are all identical except for the serial numbering. Thanks.) Please see the Supersize Photos. This knife is stamped on the front tang with Gerber on the front side and Portland, OR 97223 U.S.A. on the rear side. This knife was priced at $160.00 when issued in 1991 so what's it worth today? This 1991 issue Pearl Harbor Commemorative Gerber Folding Sportsman I Lockback is mint and complete in the original issue Gerber Genuine Walnut Pearl Harbor 50th Anniversary Presentation box with Certificate Of Authenticity and being offered at No Reserve.
