GERMAN 1911 STEYR HAHN HOLSTER Excellent quality reproduction German Model 1911 Steyr Hahn Holster. Historically accurate reproduction. Authentic down to the smallest detail. Complete with storage compartment for a extra clip and Waffen proof with Eagle and manufacturer markings. On the back it is stamped JKH 1940 with the Waffen Proof and WaA280. A beautiful reproduction down to the last detail. Your Model 1911 Stery Hahn will actually fit into this one I tried it out with mine last night. The Model 1911 Steyr Hahn pistol was originally used in WW1 by the Austria Hungary Empire and put into storage after the war. When the Germans went into Austria they sent the pistols to Mauser Works to be rebarreled to 9mm. The Steyr Hahn was used eXtensively by German Forces in all theaters during World War 2. While not usually being a front line weapon it was used for Occupation forces, Police, Political Officers etc. Many of these were brought back by US Forces after the war.
