German 800 Sterling Silver Flatware 2 Piece Meat or Roast Carving Set Knife and Fork Monogram G 9.58 Troy Ounces Scrap Weight This is a sterling silver 2 piece hollow handle with stainless blade and fork head meat or roast carving set - fork and spoon - marked with a hall mark before the 800 and with a cresent moon and a crown. The carving knife measure approximately 12 5/8" long and the carving fork approximately 10 3/4" long. They are in used condition showing normal use and handling. They are monogrammed on the handle with a G and have a scrap weight of approximately 298 grams or 9.58 troy ounces including the stainless blade and fork head. Most of the items we sell have been discontinued and/or haven't been manufactured for several decades. We find them at many different places and sometimes only one or two at a time. The degree of use varies and many have lost their shine over the years. We attempt to catch any damage such as bent tines and disposal damage, but sometimes they slip through. We will not intentionally ship damaged items! An expectation of perfect, bright and shiny will often times leave you disappointed when dealing with pre-owned flatware. If you are extremely particular about the amount of wear, please ask before making your purchase as we want you to be happy. We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased.
