Staff Sergeant Willi Blumenroth, born July 19, 1919 in Langerfeld,
was awarded the Knights Cross on 23 th of Oct. 1941.
Spontaneous he repulsed in the counter attack a hostile one attack,
Tby was surprised the enemy and was forced to the retreat.
Willi Blumenroth died on June 17, 1942 near Sevastopol (Ukraine)
