This is a new German made Nutcracker, has been in storage in a smoke and pet-free home. Holzkunst Christian Ulbricht has made this nutcracker, T is a hang tag and a stamp on the bottom of the nutcracker, This is a German Nutcracker, he has his workers' apron on and is making a violin! He seems to be tuning the violin he has already made. And he has pices of wood for his next project. This Violin Maker stands about 13 1/2" tall, the base is 3 1/2" x 3 7/8". He is very colorful, his wood isdifferent colors, all in a matte finish. Stamped Holzkunst, Chr.Ulbricht, Handmade in West Germany. This was bought for our seasonal Christmas store , late 80's - early 90's and has been in storage since we stopped having the store due to family illness. Now I am trying to liquidate a little. I do have the original box. They are both in excellent condition.
