If you ever go to Copenhagen, you will see the Danish Royal guard in this uniform. A really nice piece from the Seiffener Volkskunst workshop of recent vintage. Would qualify as mint except that his upturned sword has broken off at the hilt. Also some of the gold paint on the edge of his epaulets has worn. Seiffener volkskunst is one of the oldest nutcracker workshops in the Erzgebirge, and produces time honored designs. Check out my other auctions!
