This is one of two styles of exclusive, limited edition nutcrackers I had made for me in 2003. This beautiful santa nutcracker is made by Roland Mueller (he is pictured , one of the most talented nutcracker makers around. The wood is beautiful, and t is a generous amount of rabbit fur beard, hair and trim on santa's hat. The first batch of these arrived at my shop with the wooden tree glued into his hand, and this one broke off (the rest arrived with the tree separate.) It may be possible to use some putty to hold it up. Anyway, a very nice piece that originally sold for over $100.00. See signature on bottom. This is one of only 250. 16" high.
