GERMAN EYE Minty Carl Schlieper Vintage Lock Back Plain Stag Knife Here it is. A Carl Schlieper Lock Back. Have you even seen them around recently? This beauty has a fantastic snap. The Stag handles are matched almost like twins. No cracks or chips. The extra long match striker nail pull is great for easy opening. And the lock back keeps it solid when in use. Etched on the blade is: 'Carl Schlieper Hammered Forged Solingen Germany'. The blade has definately been sharpened and there are some scratches on both sides of the top of the blade. It's still a great knife, it just needs a great sharpener to make it new again.
