This is a large 17" long at base and 9" tall ? mahogany mantle clock. Keeps time well and chimes loudly..the front glass opens, also the back..Has KEY with it..Also has silent chime..Marked made in Germany..It has been stored for years upon years and really needs cleaned...It was a piece that grandfather had and he was Austrian.. I am downsizing. can't use it and my boys are not interested in it..Thanks.. Note..It looks like t was a name plate on front which is now to be found...NOTE ADDED:: THIS HAS A PENDULAM AND A WESTMINSTER CHIME WHICH CHIMES EVERY 15 MINUTES, on the half hour and on the hour. HAS 3 keyholes to change chime times and you can silent chime..Thanks!!
