FOR SALE Great collectable German made chained padlock & key It is a very unusual lock and is perhaps a bicycle lock? The chain can be pulled through the padlock until it is tight or you can insert the pin and leave the chain loose around whatever you are protecting from theft! This padlock is in a cleaned condition Please study the picture's as they form part of the description The DRGM was first introduced to Germany in 1891 until 1952 DRGM stands for DEUTSCHES REICHSGEBRAUCHSMUSTER This is considered to be the poor man's patent because it was cheaper to register the design and the protection was more limited in years than the regular patent which was extremely expensive in Germany Much more than Britain at the time! In great working condition Wear & marks commensurate with age Padlock size approx: 40mm x 40mm x 10mm Chain length (including the lock pin) approx: 390mm Weight approx: 110g NO RESERVE!
