German pink bisque marked 5845

This shoulderplate is marked 5845 Germany. It is very sloped. The painted features are gerat. There are the red dots in the eyes and the nostrils. There is a red line through her lips. Thee appears to be eyeshadow. She has molded ears. I see one pinsize speck of white on her cheek. The mohair appears to have been glued on top of some darker red hair underneath. I'm sure you could put whatever mohair you wanted for her hair. Her arms are marked 5845 and Germany also. One thumb is broken off and missing and the other thumb has just a tiny chip off the end. The legs are marked Germany. The have the tall pink vertical socks. One shoe has been broken and someone has tried to repair it. It's the one that is attached to the base. I'm thinking the base is not original to the doll. Sorry but I really don't know anything about this piece. I've had her in my collection for along time, well almost 20 years.
