German Steinbach Handmade Viking Smoker Incense Burner Up for auction is this terrific German Steinbach Viking Incense Burner/Smoker. It still retains its original hang tag and has never been used. It stands apprx. 10" tall and is very clean and like new. This piece is a handmade hard to find viking who holds an axe and shield. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Please remember when you are buying vintage , not new, sometimes items will have signs of wear. I do my best to disclose any condition problems I find within a listing but occasionally I will miss something. If you should have any questions about an item please feel free to ask. Return Policy : I do not accept returns on pre-owned/vintage items unless t are extenuating circumstances involved (gross misrepresentation). New items are returnable for a full refund as long as item is returned in the same condition it arrived in. I will only accept returns within 7 days of shipment receipt. Buyer assumes return shipping costs unless otherwise negotiated. Payment/Shipping : I use flat rate shipping fees for the Continental U.S. I do not charge additional handling fees. My goal is to get your item to you QUICK, IN ONE PIECE and FOR THE BEST RATE . You've waited a while for the listing to end; you shouldn't have to wait an eternity to receive it. I will notify you through email on the date your item shipped and that will typically include a tracking number. My preferred method of shipment is through DHL which insures items up to $100, items over that amount will require additional insurance. Please provide me with an address that is NOT A PO BOX as DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. ***I DO offer combined shipping. Please email me at the end of your winning auction to advise if you're interested/bidding on another item, we can then determine the best means of shipping*** Notice: Hawaii and Alaska residents may incur a higher shipping rate than posted. Please contact me for a quote. Your item will ship no later than 1-2 business days after receiving your payment (often the same day when payments are made early). International shipping is welcomed dependant on the item; oversized items cannot be shipped internationally. Please pay through PayPal or mail a money order/cashiers check. I will need your payment, or notice of payment mailed within 5 days of auction award and I will not ship your item until this is complete . Payment MUST be received within 10 business days of the auction close. If payment has not been received within this time frame the item will be relisted and the buyer may receive an unpaid item strike. Tax : Sales tax of 8.1% will be added to all orders shipped within Arizona . Communication is KEY!
