This is a very rare German Stollwerk's Store Display Tin that held Stollwerk's No. 2 Chocolate and Cacao. It is 10 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches square in size. The tin was made by the "Gebrauchsmusterschutz No. 16733 Co." I think. From the style of the tin and the lithography I would guess the tin would date circa the 1890's. Except for some rubbing halfway up on one corner (see photos) ,the tin is in excellent to near mint condition. Please super size the photos and look them over closely as they give the best indication of the condition of the item. Approximate cost for shipping to the UK, France, and Germany is $18 to $24 US for USPS First Class International Mail which does not have an insurance or tracking option, and $30 to $35 US for USPS Priority Mail International which does have insurance available. The insurance cost for a $200 US item would run $4.40 US. I will combine shipping usually for a max of 2 items unless they are very small then I can do more. I can’t ship two items or more for the same cost as one item but the cost will be less than adding up the single items shipping costs.
