This is a Kabeso #29 straight razor that was made by E. Miltenberg Inc. in Solingen, Germany. This razor is NOS (new old stock) Every indication is that it most certainly has had no prior use. It looks like it just walked out of the factory. It has a very wide 13/16 mirror finish, spike point blade. The tang, monkey tail and spine top has 100% of the bluing in place. It opens and closes snug and smooth on the pivot pin and perfectly centered between the handles. It has the original factory 3 pin, pearlex type, cracked ice handles that are also in absolutely defect and blemish free condition. It comes with it's original box that shows some drawer wear, but is in solid and sound very servicable condition.
