Steel combat helmet with original paint- in good condition. no dents or cracks.Chin strap missingLeather band, rivets and liner in place but worn and cracked. Fabric head cushions- all t, two filled, one empty. all three fabric ties are in placeBuyer pays shipping and may select method and carrier. ebay insists that I iunclude a shipping cost. Ignore the $25.00. Before you pay, e-mail me with how you want the helmet shipped and if you want it insured and for how miuch insurance, I will then quote you a cost that you can accept or reject, Your cost will be whatever the carrier charges me and I will send you the recieprt. . This is a WW I helmet, not WW IIOn the inside of the helmet, near the bottom edge are two markings. at the rear is 61. which appears to be a stencil. On the right side, near the ear E.T.64 is stamped into the metal.
