Wax-over-paper mache shoulder head, black enamel sleep eyes that operate from a wire handle at torso, painted lashes, eye accents, tiny closed mouth, brunette wig inserted into center part slit, ringlet curls, muslin stitch-jointed body, separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent, typical slight lines. Comments: English, circa 1860. Value Points: rare lever eye system, original wig and body, original muslin gown with undergarments including wired hoop. Estimate: 700/900
