You are bidding on an original German WW II bayonet with the scabbard in good to very good condition. The handle is very good and the blade is good with some very minor wear on the edge side only about 1 1/2" long and only 1/64" wide, so it is very minute. The scabbard has a few minor dings and some surface rust but is good for the age of it. The bayonet has the marking 42ASW on one side and 9010 on the other with a small marking that I am unable to distinguish, the scabbard is marked with 1354 and what appears to be a d below that and s/174g on the other side, the approximate length of the bayonet is 15" and 16" with the scabbard, thank you for looking.
