GERMAN WORLD WAR II EARLY MODEL SPLINTER CAMOUFLAGE NON-REVERSIBLE WINTER TROUSERS ***ORIGINAL*** You are bidding on an ORIGINAL German WW2 non-reversible splinter camouflage pattern pair of winter trousers as introduced by the German Army in 1942. As stated, this is the early non-reversible model with blue/grey lining. These trousers feature a wide three button fly front closure and additional button closure on the waistband and another on interior waistband. The hip pockets are diagonally angled with button down flaps. The lower legs have a built in split with tunnel looped tightening strap both present. Reinforcement patches are present on each knee. Grey/blue/purple interior side of trousers has little wear with no tears or picks to material. Front closure, pocket, and suspender attachment buttons are same style. Pant suspenders in white are sewn to rear of trousers with button attachment to front. Suspenders are reinforced with blue/grey material on reverse of straps where button holes are located. Two adjustment straps are sewn to right and left side of trouser rear. Straps clearly used to tighten pants at waistline. This trousers are well marked on the rear left suspender "7477." The waist size is about 38 inches. Trousers show light to moderate wear with a few insignificant picks/tears to camouflage side. Interior is very well preserved. One repair on reverse of trousers measures 2 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches. Just below is another repair measuring 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch. Overall, this is an excellent pair of trousers in very good displayable condition. Would be a great complement to the CAMO PARKA currently up for sale by me although probably not a factory matching set they are very close. The trousers are always harder to find than the parkas. This is an extremely unique opportunity to own a nice collectible pair. These trousers are guaranteed 100% pre-1945 manufacture. Additional photos are available by email upon request. !
