Germany bisque American Schoolboy

This doll is referred to as the American Schooboy. He has a tinted bisque shoulder head with beautifully molded hair. It is considered a blonde even though it is not a yellow blonde. He has a closed mouth and cloth body. The body is marked hair stuffed Made in Germany. The head is marked 30-B 8 Germany. There is no damage to the head. The arms have been replaced as you can tell in the picture and the bisque hands are new. This is how I received him. This doll has the part on the left side. This is not a doll that is turns up often. He is from circa 1880. The clothing is what came on him but you may wish to replace it. The top is old and the black socks. The black velvet vest and pants are newer made with snap. He is from a smoke free environment. He is not dusty, has not smells or tears or rips.
