This is a vintage 20" wide x 16"high x 9-1/2"deep Gerstner oak machinist tool chest, model #421-N. Made in Dayton, OH. The box looks to have been used a good bit, the felt is in poor condition and should be replaced. The second drawer from the bottom is missing a knob and the key for the lock is also missing but these items can be bought cheap through the Gerstner website. The outside of the box has normal wear, the front is a little lighter color than the sides, top and back. Has a new mirror, and the original frame which is in good shape. The back of the front cover had felt that was coming off so I removed all of it. All the drawer slide in and out nice, the front cover is a little tight when sliding it in the bottom, but it goes in. Overall the box is pretty solid, should be real nice after a little work, the latches and metal corners could be replaced to brighten it up but are functional as is (front 2 small ones are a little loose). This will be shipped UPS Ground in the US only, fully insured with tracking. Thanks for looking.
