GI JOE 32 Back Peach File Card Recondo MOCOn 32 Back Canadian Card... This is a rare find, as Canadian figures were produced at one fifth the U.S. production. This one looks great, and other than the hang tab being torn would be great. If not for that one thing this figure would grade pretty high via AFA in my own personal opinion. No heavy creasing, etc... The hang tab is still there on both sides of card, nothing missing, just torn in one spot. The bubble is firmly attached and clear, ding, crack, and dent free.
