This auction if for a Mint On Sealed Card (MOSC) Cobra Frogman Eels action figure from the G.I. Joe toy line. He is ready to send in to the AFA for grading. The card is in beautiful condition and lays nice and flat as you can see in the pictures and the card is creaseless! Thats right no spider-veins on the front or back. If submitted for grading the figure should score very high! My estimate would be C90, B85/90, F85/90 but that is just my personal opinion so please take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. This figure is a beautiful specimen and should grade well if submitted I'd guess an 85 at minimum with the possibility of an AFA 90 NM/Mint grade as he is in really nice condition!
