We generally ship twice weekly and will ship your order within 3 business days after payment is received. Payment: Full payment is required within 3 days from end of auction. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal Insurance: All breakable items will automatically carry delivery insurance if over $25 in value. Please note that any insurance claim filed on a damaged item is the responsibility of the buyer. Information about filing a claim may be found by visiting the website. Each shipping label provides all of the insurance information necessary for the U.S. Postal Service claim. Returns: We must be notified (by email) within 3 days after receipt of the items for any returns. We must receive the item back within 10 days of the initial notice for a refund. We will only accept returns if you are not satisfied with the quality or descriptive representation of an item. A refund will be for the purchase price including the outgoing shipping charges to your home. However, we cannot refund your shipping charges back to us. The shipping charges on a returned item back to us are your responsibility. Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased.
