GIANT-SIZE MAN-THING # 3 GIL KANE / KLAUS JANSON - COVER STEVE GERBERALFREDO ALCALAVINTAGE FANTASY / MONSTER REPRINTSSTAN LEEJACK KIRBYDON HECKPAUL REINMANBRONZE AGE MARVEL COMIC BOOK By way of variety from the main Marvel & DC titles this item is from what will be an ongoing run of less familiar titles including some non-super-hero fare. As well as wonderful, unusual Bronze Age titles such as the Human Fly & the Man from Atlantis look out for humour titles like Crazy & Howard the Duck , a run of Marvel's Classic Comics , other TV tie-ins like the A-Team , adventure titles like Doc Savage etc. From a run of Man-Thing this batch will include a few of the character's early appearances in Fear , a copy of Man-Thing # 1 , several of the wonderful Mike Ploog issues - including those with Foolkiller , through to series two and several of the Giant-Size Man-Thing issues. With luck a great chance to complete a set. A few general points about this run; - all books have been photographed out of their bags to give the fairest view possible of the front cover - in almost all cases these issues will be US 'cents' not UK 'pence' versions but, in those rare cases where I am listing a UK-variant, I will quantify this - if you want to wait to bid on future listings after the end of an auction to combine shipping that's perfectly acceptable
