Gibson 2006 Les Paul Goldtop Standard 1960's Neck Profile Purchased three years ago, used, but time to move her on now ,as I have just bought a Custom Shop Relic Strat' from Codamusic. Laquer checking near volume controls and cutaway which looks stunning. Nickel bridge and tailpiece oxidizing nicely . A very small ammount of fret wear and some very light buckle scratching/rash. No Dings / Dents or Bruising to the guitar at all !! just checking to the finish and very slight belt rash at the rear which has not penetrated past the nitrocellulose (scratches in all honesty). The finish is awesome and ageing nicely.The neck is superb, fast and slick with a lovely rosewood board and dreamy cream binding. Electrics have never been touched and you will get tones from screeming leads & woody, with the fattest neck sound imaginable 100% woman tone / brown sound. I cannot stress enough how good the soapbars sound and she sustains forever. Basically she looks like a Gibson Custom Shop Light Relic One totally amazing Les Paul that has never been gigged , home use only.. Plays like a dream and sounds wonderful on all three settings with no crackles or pops from the pots... Comes with the original Gibson hardcase which unfortunately has the combination lock damaged, was like this when I bought her . I have never used the case as I believe
