I'm selling a complete Gilbert American Flyer electric train set. Vintage late '50's- early '60's. The set includes: dual-control transformer; locomotive, coal tender, and other pieces as pictured; flashing crossing light and bell; gatehouse; 50 pieces of track, including two track switches; trestles in original container; all original instructions. Winning bidder also receives copy of Marshall McClintock's "How To Build And Operate A Model Railroad" (1st Ed. 1955). Please note that the ladder end of the tender car has the right rear step broken off. See the two additional pictures of the front and rear of the tender that I've added.
