Hi everyone. I am offering here more items that I've inherited from a LARGE A.C. Gilbert American Flyer S scale train collection. I'm not an expert in classic/antique trains but I am a model railroader myself so I will do my best to describe the items and let the pictures tell the rest. This auction includes the pair of Union Pacific 21925/21925-1 PA diesels, I've decided to list the passenger cars (may appear in the background in some photos)) in a separate auction. This should make it easier for someone who doesn't need the entire set. The powered unit, 21925, ran VERY well on my test track. I would say its in C7 condition, the only flaws I can see are 2-3 small paint chips on the nose, and its missing the 21925 engine number from each side, which is a total mystery to me. The underside and trucks are VERY clean, couplers work properly, and horn is present. The dummy unit, 21925-1, looks EXCELLENT, maybe even C8 condition. Underside is like brand new, couplers work properly, and horn is present. Please, if you have any questions, ask them before bidding, and I'll be happy to answer promptly.
