Please check the rules, pictures and ask questions. Where to begin. I was lucky to have the opportunity to purchase this set. It was sold to me as a Erector 71/2 White truck set. When I got it I was amazed and did some research on the Erector set site. The White truck items are complete. So is the steam shovel I believe. The parts for the White bus are also present. The parts to make the tractor are present. It has an, I believe, P58 motor. I did not test it but it looks ok and spins freely. Unfortunately it seems to have been stored in a damp attic or basement. There was surface corrosion on many of the nickle/chrome parts. I have polished what I could. The pictures of the girders include a count of each item. There are also another 19 long girders that have been cleaned of corrosion but have no nickle/chrome left. This set seems to combine pieces from pre-1924 with the newer designed pieces. I have asked for an experts opinion and when it comes I will add it to the description. The set is heavy, weighing it at 35 pounds. I have been informed that it is a 1928 7 1/2 set. Note however that the pre-1924 set came in this size box Shipping will need to include insurance. I am anything but an expert in Erector sets so PLEASE contact me with corrections and questions.
