Gilbert Clock Co. Weight Regulator #65 1910 Parts or Restoration Very Rarely Seen Clock. I was going to restore it but found one complete instead. Case -Cherry Finished Case -After 1900 You Don't Find Many True Cherry Clocks-This one is Probably Bass Wood and/or Poplar-Original Finish -Missing the Top and Bottom and Hanger -Original 2 Piece 10" Dial -Note: I have an Earlier #65 and it has a 3 Piece Dial (the same dial as the #10)-They are not interchangable. The Later Dial is slightly bigger.-Original Pendulum and Movement -Note: The set up is different on the later clocks-The Pendulum Bob is also Larger and Heavier on the Later Versions-See p.141 & 142-Original Glass in the Front door -The door Hinge holes have split the wood on the case, this is a simple repair-T is no missing wood-37" Tall as it is -50 1/4" Complete-15" Wide at the Bottom -My Earlier Version is about a 1/2" Smaller Overall Movement -Original 8 Day Weight-Clean and Running-Original Pendulum -The Nickel Plate wore through in places -Original Gilbert Nickeled weight in excellent Condition -Original Gilbert Nickeled Pulley-This Movement Pendulum and Weight are Found on Many Different Gilbert RegulatorsDial -Original Dial -Original Paper on Original Pan-Original Paper on the Seconds Dial -Seconds Hand is Original -The other hands are badly modified replacements Terms
