An amazingly beautiful plate from Societa Ceramica Richard, Milan, Italy: GINORI, this Majolica plate is stunningly hand-drawn (painted). It is artist signed on the front of the plate and appropriately marked on the back. This mark used from 1842 to1860. I can find no damage at all other than roughness, slight chipping in one spot on the bottom round edge w the plate would touch a table. The colors are vivid and the gold intact. The artist signature is: Z. Lucci. Plate measures 8.75" across.
