Gippy Plantation Dairy, Moncks Corner, SC Milk Bottle While going through my late Dad’s estate, I discovered this tiny half pint GIPPY PLANTATION DAIRY bottle from Moncks Corner, South Carolina. This dairy was located on Gippy Plantation , on the western brance of the Cooper River in Berkley Count, St. John’s Berkley Parish. The dairy was started in the early 1900’s. This plantation was believed to be named for an old runaway slave who hid in the Gippy Swamp in a hollow tree. As you can see in the images, it is in mint condition, no chips, cracks, repairs or fading. Orange pyro, different on both sides, the front reads; GIPPY PLANTATION DAIRY, MONCKS CORNER, S.C. REGISTERED sealed 11 PA. On the reverse reads, GOLDEN GUERNSEY Production Supervised by Golden Guernsey Inc. HALF PINT LIQUID 1428. On the bottom reads’ HTC 40, This bottle is clear with no staining.Guaranteed authentic No Handling Fee’s As always your satisfaction is guaranteed !!!
