Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufactory Ltd. This is part of the Ten Children of the Provinces series, a.k.a. Children of Scandinavia or The Children of the Territories of Denmark, which seems to be a subset of the "Danish National Costumes" series. The children are dressed in traditional national costumes (nationaldragt). I am not an expert on these marks but from what I can tell I believe this was made after 1923, and maybe before 1935 as the marks changed in 1935. Also, you can find more information about overglaze decoration and more about the artist who created these art forms: / http://www.jamerantik.dk/royal_copenhagen_overglaze.htm Please look at the pictures and read my description.
