Offered is this stunning all white, china lamp with accents of sculptural fruit on a bed of leaves in a large ribbed compote. Very unique and lovely piece. No chips cracks or loose pieces. It measures 40" to the top of the shade. The base has a diameter of 9". Though not the original shade, this shadow free, vintage shade has adorned this lamp for many years and is still in the wrapper. It is hand-sewn silk, made by Fenchel, the famous company that makes lighting and shades for all the Ritz Carlton hotels as well as many other fine hotels. The lamp has three way lighting and looks magnificent when lit. The beautiful glass finial is original to the lamp. Wiring is fine and ready to use. A similar vintage sculptural piece is featured in this June's 2008 issue of Country Magazine ( see last photo). Total combined shipping & insurance for both lamp & shade $38.00.
