This is Gloster Meteor F.3 An original Associated Press photograph of Gloster Meteor F.3 EE233 mounted on a Queen Mary trailer during a rehearsal on 27th May for the Victory Parade to be held on 8th May 1946. Dated May 27th 1946. (Meteor F.3 EE233 had served with 616 Sqn and 1335CU before being allocated to RAF Henlow in October 1945 as 5711M presumably from where it was borrowed for the Victory Parade) The Associated Press Fleet Street London wet stamp to rear. Negative reference 27546RJP 10"x8" inches in size. This is an original photograph not a modern reprint. The word Ebay will not appear on the photo. In good condition.
