These items appear in pristine condition with no knicks, chips and only light crazing under base. Clearly marked. A ll auctioned items will be what you see in the pictures unless otherwise specified.The best way to avoid any problems is to ask questions or ask for more pictures . I will answer any questions on items as soon as possible. If you need extra pictures or info just e-mail me. Please note that most items I sell are items that are old and have years of wear. So DO NOT expect item to look like it was made yesterday but some will. Remember you buy items as you see in pictures unless specified otherwise in description or if item is brand new . . Unless item has been extremely misrepresented in describtion t will be no returns or refunds. Ask for and Pay a little extra to get 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping. N ot available for overseas shipping! After winning item and receiving invoice I must be notified within 48HRS the method of payment you intend to use. Insurance Claim : In the unfortunate event of a shipping insurance claim I will do my best to help you. If item was shipped via USPS Click N Ship you can apply online with USPS. If UPS you call them and apply. I do not reimburse for the item in advance of the claim reimbursement. That is up to the shipping company and since you paid for insurance it is their obligation to pay you. That is what the insurance was for. T is a removable ID mark on item that must be present for returns. I must be notified within 24 hours upon receiving delivery notification of item for any returns! No refunds on shipping fees. Shipping to PO Box address is at your own risk... Please note that USPS has changed Priority Mail so most items will ship Parcel Post 7-10 days. I will ship Priority upon request and for additional fee. I combine shipping unless package is oversized. Combined items will be insured at exact cost. I usually ship USPS so insurance is required. You will usually receive a tracking notice that tells you when shipped and delivered. Only UPS does day to day tracking. Please check my feedback if you have any concerns. Please check my other auctions for other great collectibles. I will ship Overseas,Alaska,Hawaii and to Canada BUT ONLY with prior agreement and for additional shipping fee . NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on Overseas items! In case of damage it will your responsibility to file insurance claim and follow up. I DO NOT PAY INSURANCE CLAIM. I DO NOT Accept checks. Thanks
