we have a pre 1960 Goebel Hummel Figurine. It is hallmarked on the bottom. It even has it's orginal Price Tag from the country of orgin! The figurine is in MINT condition with No chips, scratches or discolorable. Just an adorable little figurine!

I accept all payments accented by Ebay. Payment is to be recieved within 5 days of end of auction. I shio Via USPS with delivery confirmation. Anything over $200 ships with Signature confirmation. Insurance is sole responsibility of buyer. I ship within 5 business days of payment recieved. I try to ship as fast as I can but with a full time job this can take up to 5 business days. Recently I received two negatives. Since ebay only allows so many words to reply the reply is as follows. The first was a compaint on not receiving the item. The item was shipped the same day as the payment was receieved. The delivery confirmation states that it was receieved two days after shipping. I didn't hear a word from the buyer for nearly three weeks. Then got an email asking for confirmation which I emailed to her. Two days later she left negative feedback. I emailed her to ask why since the confirmation stated she had receieved the item but never heard a reply. I'm not really sure what else I could have done.
The second negative was a little more involved. I had a family member die in car accident, they were hit by a drunk driver. I sent the wrong item. I admit that. Buyer emailed me and told me that I had sent the wrong item. I apologized to the lady and told her I'd gladly refund after she mailed back the item. I didn't hear anything from the lady. A month goes by and the item finally arrives in the mail. Within 2 hours of receieving the item I got five emails asking about refund. I was at work and planned to refund via paypal when I got home. By the time I got home she had already filed a paypal complaint. I went ahead and refunded the payment. The item I had sent to her was a brand new diamond necklace that in truth was worth more then the ring she had bought. What angered me was that I had wrapped the necklace in bubble wrap as I do ALL shipments. When shipping it back to me she wrapped it in a paper napkin and a regular white envelope. Needless to say it had been in perfect condition when she receieved it but was BROKEN when I received it. Not only that but the chain the pendant had been on WAS REPLACED with a MUCH cheaper and light weight chain. (which was also broken) The pendant had a broken prong which it had not had when It was shipped. I emailed her and asked about this. To which she told me she decided to keep the chain "for her troubles" and had taken the diamond out to see if it would fit into anothe rof her rings. When it did not she put it back in and shipped it back! So I placed "the lady" on my blocked buyer list. When I listed another item she tried to bid on it found out she was blocked got mad and THEN left the negative. I saved the email in case anyone wanted to read it. I contacted ebay and although they felt sorry for me they couldn't remove it since it was a past auciton.
