Gold Scottish Rite antique Masonic band ring dated 1893 (over 115 years old).
This is a very collectible Masonic artifact. The ring is more of a rose gold in color than a yellow gold, is about a size 9, and features an solid back. The ring was acid tested by a jeweler. He said it tested to be around 12K, but I cannot be sure because it is not marked inside. This is a solid band ring and is just under 1/2 inch all the way around. This ring CANNOT be sized because t are enameled symbols all the way around the ring. T is a beautifully engraved inscription inside the ring that reads; "William Alexander Bordon. March 20, "93. Virtus junxit Mors non separabit". The enameled symbols have worn well over the many years except for the double-headed eagle symbol which shows more wear than the photo reveals. This is a unique and attractive masculine looking ring that will be admired by fellow Scottish Rite Masons. No one else will have a ring like this! Policy: All sales are final. Pay Pal only. Priority Mail shipping to United States is no charge and includes insurance. Thank you for looking!
