Gold Quarter Stater of the Cantii tribe Circa 50-45 BC 11.13mm - 1.4g Kentish Geometric Type (sometimes called Sussex Thunderbolt type) Actual item pictured. I am not a dealer in coins or antiquities and my knowledge of them is far from expert. The items I am currently listing are all metal detecting finds, found by myself in the South of England over the last 5 years. The vast majority have been recorded with the United Kingdom Detector Finds Database (UKDFD) and/or the Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS).
