Golden Glow (Yellow) Ericofon"New Case" Design ABOUT MY AUCTIONS: I am currently liquidating an Ericofon collection for another collector. The Ericofons I am selling on Ebay represent some very rare Ericofons. All these phones have been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, buffed, lubricated, and adjusted. All phones have 100% original parts except for the modular plugs I add to the end of the cord (in case you want to use the phone and not just display it). Lately t have been a lot of auctions on Ebay selling Ericofons using color names that are incorrect for the phone. I guarantee all phones I'm selling are the correct color names. ABOUT ERICOFONS: The Ericofon (sometimes called the Kobra or Cobra phone) was developed by the LM Ericsson company in Sweden in the late 1950's. It went on to become one of the best selling phones worldwide with sales in excess of 2 million over its life span. Ericsson had part interest in North Electric in the USA, so Ericofons for the American market were made in Galion, Ohio. The Ericofon is recognized as one of the top design achievements of the 20th century. The Ericofon is a quintessential piece of decoration for anyone with a 50's to 60's theme decór.
