It contains 2 Fake CD's - "America's Newest Shitmakers" and "Swingin' Smog People". Both have full packaging and Cardboard CD's.

It also has a 24 page Booklet "35 years of Golden Smog (a history in smog)" A very funny look through their 35 year career leading up to this debut CD.

As I am sure you know, Golden Smog is a "supergroup" with members of Wilco, The Jayhawks, Soul Asylum and Run Westy Run.
