I love Golden West tins and this is a vintage coffee tin that I believe is fairly rare only because I never saw another one, in any condition, in my 35 years of collecting tins. I believe it is rare because of the size, 2 lbs. 8 ozs. This seems to be quite an odd size to me. I don't know the age but I would guess late 1920s-early 1930s? This tin is in outstanding condition, but it has no top lid. Maybe somebody in the Portland area could inform me about rarity and age. I accept all forms of payment. Seven day return policy if you are not satisfied. 8/23/10: Note I just spoke with a knowledgeable person from the Seattle area who believes this tin is pre-1920s based on the type of lettering used. Also, this tin is not known to this person. I continue to believe this is a rare tin!
