Hi! This is a vintage beauty! It is about 17 inches tall, and 8 inches at the widest point of the shade. Both the top and bottom light up...individually as in the photo, or both at the same time! It is beautiful, and something of a mystery. An estate sell purchase, it was a bit dusty, works perfectly, but I do not know any more about it! T are no cracks, repairs, chips in the glass. The metal base and middle section that holds the glass shade are also without breaks, missing pieces or repairs. The plug and cord are also in excellent condition. The top and bottom glass seem like milk glass, and t are flowers on the whiter portion of both pieces. Shipping cost includes insurance.
