The auction features a wonderful vintage REX # 24 paper cutter that is still in excellent condition. The black metal frame appears to be made of cast iron and it it 26'' long and 12'' high. The frame has ornate scrolled designs on the feet and the sides. The feet have two hole so it can be attached to a secure surface. The gold leaf paint has worn in areas on the REX mark on the front, and one of the original screws has been replaced. The cutter comes with a wood dow rod to hold your paper roll and the cutter bar raises 7'' up from the frame to accomodate a large roll.
